Jay is an Arizona native who has 22 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant. He has worked in a family practice clinic, urgent care, and currently works in the Emergency Department.

Jay served as a Navy Corpsman with Marines for 4 years at Camp LeJune, NC.

He earned his undergraduate B.S. degree in Cellular Biology & Pre-Med and graduated with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from East Carolina University. He then went to the DesMoines University Osteopathic Medical Center for his undergraduate PA Degree and to the University of Nebraska Medical Center for his Graduate PA degree.

Jay has been married for 21 years and has a daughter who is a Freshman at ASU, studying Mechanical Engineering. He is also a proud owner of three Mini-Schnauzers.

When he’s not helping patients at Reflex or in the Emergency Department, Jay enjoys playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
